Windsmoor, established in 1933 is a quintessentially British brand renowned for its beautiful outerwear offering. The brand was created by three highly skilled brothers who were experts in the field of tailoring. At the heart of the collections the British brothers believed in quality materials made to the highest standards, with particular emphasis on beautiful outerwear. The brand’s slogan “Look your best in Windsmoor” became iconic, helping it to gain a large fashion following – the coats even graced the front cover of Vogue. By 1954 the company had such a profile that they were name-checked by Betjeman in his poem ‘Middlesex’. Over the last 80 years the brand has continued to go from strength to strength catering to the fashionable mature woman. Sophistication with a subtle nod to the trends is reflected in quilted jackets, traditional British woollen styles and luxury faux fur collar coats.
